MISERY INDEX drummer Adam Jarvis is currently featured on the cover of the March 2010 issue of Sick Drummer Magazine. The cover story explores Jarvis' techniques in the studio recording their brand new album Heirs To Thievery, an exclusive in-studio video, a bit about life on the road, and more. MISERY INDEX are currently on tour in the middle of the U.S. with Washington, D.C.'s MAGRUDERGRIND. The band will continue touring through March in the south-east with Florida's GIGAN followed by an Australian and New Zealand tour with DECAPITATED. MISERY INDEX will then head to Singapore and Taiwan for the first time. A listing of confirmed MISERY INDEX tour dates can be found below with more to be announced soon.

MISERY INDEX recorded Heirs To Thievery at Wright Way Studios with engineer Steve Wright just outside of Baltimore, MD. Heirs To Thievery is set for a May 11th North American release date, May 17th internationally.
