NOMAD, set up in 1994, after two years of intensive rehearsing recorded in 1996 in Bialystok’s SALMAN Studio its debut demo called „DISORDER”… In October 1997 in famous SELANI Studio, NOMAD records “THE TAIL OF SUBSTANCE, which is released on professional MC tape by the band itself… In 1998 the band puts on
tape 4 news songs in ALKATRAZ Studio in Katowice, this leads directly to signing a deal with NOVUM VOX MORTIS. In February 1999 NOMAD adds 3 more songs that together with previous four constitute second album “THE DEVILISH
WHIRL”. In 2002 in Lublin’s HENDRIX Studio, NOMAD records new album „DEMONIC VERSES (Blessed Are Those Who Kill jesus)” which is soon released by American BAPHOMET RECORDS. In 2003 SWEET NOISE invites NOMAD to artistic organization called NOISENATION. In 2006 the band enters HENDRIX Studio for the second time to record fourth album "THE INDEPENDENCE OF OBSERVATION CHOICE" (LUCE CLARIUS), which was released in May 2007 by EMPIRE RECORDS and later rereleased worldwide by ANIMATE RECORDS. In 2010 NOMAD finished recordings of new album "TRANSMIGRATION OF CONSCIOUNESS", which will be released worldwide on 21st March 2011 by Witching Hour Productions as digipak

(1994) followed by the full length with Polish underground label Pagan records. Now, after two decades later, when Behemoth dominated extreme music everywhere and became most famous Polish act worldwide – Witching Hour

Dr Acula - Slander CD - 2011

Dr. Acula is a deathcore band from Long Island, New York. The band’s name comes from a joke written by stand-up comedian Mitch Hedberg. Most of their songs are named after books in R.L. Stine’s GOOSEBUMPS series. Dr. Acula formed in September 2005 and quickly accumulated a following thanks to non-stop DIY touring, energetic performances, and not taking themselves too seriously.

They self-released their first recording, the Chillogy EP, in 2006. Early copies were packaged inside Goosebumps books from their personal collection. Their first full-length “S.L.O.B” (a.k.a. Silver-Lipped Operator of Bullshit) was self-released in 2007, and later reissued by 187 Records.

In April 2008, Dr. Acula signed to Uprising Records. The band released their second full-length album, titled “Below Me!”, with producer Jamie King (Through The Eyes Of The Dead, Between the Buried and Me). It was released July 22, 2008. On June 15th, the band released the first single off of “Below Me” entitled “Go Eat Worms”.

In April 2010, Dr. Acula released “The Social Event of The Century”, which brought a different sound compared to their earlier album titled “Below Me!”. Since releasing “The Social Event of The Century”, Dr. Acula has toured with bands such as Molotov Solution, I Declare War, Monsters, Attila, Blind Witness, and more. They also have signed to Victory Records, where there will have an early 2011 release of a new album.

Soundmass is pleased to be releasing “Death Is Dead”, the third album for Ukrainian band Coram Deo, on December 3, 2010. Instanzia is a new band from Canada, some fresh metal blood from Montreal, Québec. Bandleader Michael Vaucher had to face the loss of his long time partner in crime Jvo Julmy, who dominated and defined the EMERALD sound with his high pitched, slightly fragile and highly charismatic voice over the years. Thomas Winkler, his successor, has to accept a heavy inheritance, though he holds the ground and withstands with his powerful metal voice all uprising hassles. Since Jvo also took on the 2nd guitar, the new man for this is Manuel Werro. In the field of songwriting, Michael Vaucher still keeps the reins and so there will be nothing but pure EMERALD metal to worship on this, their fifth album, which marks a new beginning on the other hand with the newly structured band. It is their heaviest album so far with the most wicked and unleashed guitar duels, the chunkiest riffs and most forceful rhythms to date, on which the majestic and determined sounding voice of Thomas Winkler rides like a knight in the middle of a giant battle. With Sean Peck (CAGE) and Mike Sifringer(DESTRUCTION) additionally 2 well-known guest musicians are on board. “Re – forged” unites creativity, passion for the music and great fun playing heavy metal, which you can hear from every note this band plays. It takes EMERALD to a new level. This is a step that should certainly convince most and silence the poor rest of the critics and lead into a bright future.

FORBIDDEN - Studio report

After a thirteen-year hiatus, San Francisco's FORBIDDEN have returned to the studio to record their as-yet-untitled fifth studio album. Last week, drum tracks were recorded at Bombshelter Studios in downtown Los Angeles with owner Eric Kretz (drummer & founding member of Stone Temple Pilots). FORBIDDEN are currently at Sonic Room Studios in Livermore, California tracking bass, guitar, and vocals.

ENFORCER PREVIEWS TRACK FROM "DIAMONDS"
Swedish heavy metal powerhouse ENFORCER return with their highly anticipated
sophomore album, entitled "Diamonds", to be released in Europe by Earache
Records on May 24th and the rest of the world on Heavy Artillery Records on

"Diamonds" picks up where its predecessor left off; with a pure old school
heavy metal album of the highest caliber, this time showcasing a broader
range of talent and metal influences highlighted by the production wizardry
of renowned Swedish producer Rikard Lofgren.

With the release of their debut album "Into the Night" in November 2008,
ENFORCER kicked open the floodgates for the return of traditional heavy
metal, paving the way for many other young bands to follow. With critical
acclaim pouring in from fans and the international music press, ENFORCER
wasted no time taking their show to the road for their first European and
American tours as well as a litany of appearances at many of Europe's most
highly regarded festivals.

After the release of their debut album, many fans and critics were left
wondering if ENFORCER could ever top or even equal their work on Into the
Night. Proving themselves more than up to the challenge, ENFORCER emerged
from the studio in February 2010 with their latest metal masterpiece, aptly
entitled "Diamonds". ENFORCER will be embarking on ³The Power of Metal Tour²
in Europe with Steel Wing and Cauldron from May 1st to May 15th.

BRIAN POSEHN Debuts Material Off Fart And Wiener Jokes

Brian Posehn has posted two tracks, "ITunes" and "Valet In The Valley", off his brand new stand-up album Fart And Wiener Jokes online now via his newly redesigned MySpace page: MySpace.com/BrianPosehn. Fart And Wiener Jokes is due out on April 27th and is available for pre-order at this location.

Fart And Wiener Jokes, the follow-up to his is Live In: Nerd Rage debut, was recorded at various live gigs across the US during 2009. The record will also include two musical tracks, "More Metal Than You" and a cover of the Kenny Rogers classic "The Gambler". Posehn recorded these songs with the help of a number of "metal" all-stars including Scott Ian (ANTHRAX), Jamey Jasta (HATEBREED, KINGDOM OF SORROW), Mark Morton (LAMB OF GOD), John Tempesta (EXODUS, THE CULT), Russ Parrish (STEEL PANTHER), and more.

Posehn will be performing in Irvine, CA, Tempe, AZ and a special one-time performance with his all-star band featuring Scott Ian, Brendon Small, John Tempesta and Joey Vera at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards show in Los Angeles, CA on April 8th. This performance will be later televised on May 22nd on VH1 Classic. Additional live dates will be announced soon.

MANTRIC Announce Debut Album
